Each vendor operates independently and is responsible for:

  • Product quality

  • Order fulfillment

  • Delivery or pickup

  • Refund and return decisions

Local Halal Stores LLC does not manufacture, store, or sell products directly.


2. Payment Method

Orders on the platform use:

COD – Collect on Delivery / Collect on Payment

This means:

  • Customers pay directly to the vendor at delivery or pickup

  • The platform does not process payments

  • The platform does not hold or transfer funds

Because payment occurs directly between the customer and vendor, refunds must also be handled directly by the vendor.


3. Refund Responsibility

Refunds are handled solely by the vendor who fulfilled the order.

Customers must contact the vendor directly if there is an issue with:

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged products

  • Expired products

  • Quality concerns

Local Halal Stores LLC does not process refunds on behalf of vendors.

Refunds or price adjustments related to substitutions are handled directly by the vendor.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after accepting delivery

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Failure to collect an order at pickup time

  • Products already consumed or partially used

7. Platform Role

However, we may review vendor behavior and take action if repeated complaints occur.
